Scope:This specification covers a fluorosilicone (FVMQ) rubber in the form of molded rings. Primarily for use from -55 degrees to +175 degrees C (-67 degrees to +347 degrees F) in fuels and from -55 degrees to +150 degrees C (-67 degrees to +302 degrees F) in lubricating oils. 【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61243isapplicabletoportablevoltagedetectors,withorwithoutbuilt-inpowersources,tobeusedonelectricalsystemsforvoltagesof1kVto765kVa.c.,andfrequenciesof50Hzand/or60Hz.Thispartappliesonlytovoltagedetectorsofcapacitivetypeusedincontactwiththeparttobetested,asacompletedeviceincludingitsinsulatingelementorasaseparatedevice,adaptabletoaninsulatingstickwhich,asaseparatetool,isnotcoveredbythisstandard(see4.4.1forgeneraldesign).Othertypesofvoltagedetectorsarenotcoveredbythispartofthestandard.Somerestrictionsontheiruseareapplicableinthecaseoffactory-assembledswitchgearandonoverheadsystemsofelectrifiedrailways(seeAnnexB,instructionsforuse).NOTEExceptwhereotherwisespecified,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisstandardrefertovaluesofphase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Inothersystems,theapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earth(ground)voltagesshouldbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
