【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforglassvolumetricflasksofprecisionandgeneral-purposegradessuitableforlaboratorypurposes.1.1.1ClassA8212;Eachflaskofprecisiongradeshallbemarkedwiththeletterx201C;Ax201D;tosignifycompliancewithapplicableconstructionandaccuracyrequirements.Flasksmaybemarkedwithanidentificationnumber(serialnumber)attheoptionofthemanufacturer.1.1.2ClassB8212;GeneralpurposeflasksareofthesamebasicdesignasClassAflasks.However,volumetrictolerancesforClassBflasksshallbewithintwicethespecifiedrangeallowedforClassAflasks.Theseflasksneednotbemarkedwiththeirclassdesignation.Note18212;Specificationsformicrovolumetricflasksinsizesfrom1mLto25mL,inclusive,aregiveninSpecificationE237.Note28212;TheTwelfthGeneral(International)ConferenceonWeightsandMeasuresredefinedthelitreasax201C;specialnameforthecubicdecimetre,x201D;butagreedtopermitcontinuanceofthetermslitre,millilitre,andmL,exceptinassociationwithmeasurementsofthehighestprecision.Forvolumetricglasswarethedifferencebetweentheoldandnewmeaningsoflitreisnegligible.Therefore,eithermLorcm3maybemarkedonwarecoveredbythisSpecification.1.1.3SpecialSizeFlasks8212;Precisiongradeflasksmaybemanufacturedwithnominalcapacitiesnotlistedinthisstandard.Suchflasksshallbeconsideredx201C;ClassAx201D;flasks,providedtheymeettheaccuracytoleranceofthenextlargestx201C;ClassAx201D;flaskappearinginTable1andcomplywiththemarkingrequirementsof1.1.1.1.1.4Wide-MouthFlasks8212;Requirementsforinsertionoftabletsorcapsulesforassaydilutionandtoaccommodateaccessoflargerdiameterpipetsrequirevolumetricflaskswithlargernecks.TheseflasksappearinTable2.Theseflasksshallconformtothemarkingrequirementsof1.1.1.Additionally,theaccuracytoleranceshallbemarkedoneachx201C;ClassAx201D;wide-mouthflask.1.1.5SpecialSizeWide-MouthFlasks8212;Precisiongradewide-mouthflasksmaybemanufacturedwithnominalcapacitiesnotlistedinthisstandard.Suchflasksshallbeconsideredx201C;ClassAx201D;flasksprovidedtheymeettheaccuracytoleranceofthenextlargestx201C;ClassAx201D;wide-mouthflaskappearinginTable2andthemarkingrequirementsof1.1.4.
