【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandperformanceofstaff-servehotdelicaseswithheatedwellslocatedwithinafullyorpartiallyenclosedheatedcavity.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectastaffservedhotdelicaseandunderstanditsenergyconsumptionandperformance.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelectricpowered,hotdelicasesthathavebeendesignedforstaffserviceofpreparedhotfooditemsthatareheldinopenhotelpans.1.3Thedelicasecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Energyinputrate(10.2),1.3.2Holdingcapacity(10.3),1.3.3Holdingtemperaturecalibration(10.3),1.3.4Preheatenergyrate,(10.4),1.3.5Idleenergyrate(10.5),and1.3.6Holdingenergyrate(10.6).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
