【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverstheclassification,processing,andpropertiesofnucleargradegraphitebilletswithdimensionssufficienttomeetthedesignersrequirementsforfuelelements,moderatororreflectorblocks,inahightemperaturegascooledreactor.Thegraphiteclassesspecifiedherewouldbesuitableforreactorcoreapplicationswhereneutronirradiationinduceddimensionalchangesareasignificantdesignconsideration.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
